About the speaker:
 
Eric Holwell – Director of Interactive Strategy for Bayard Advertising
In addition to overseeing Bayard's Search Marketing and Social Networking divisions, Eric Holwell researches, develops, manages and consults on all online recruitment marketing strategies for Bayard clients. He dedicates a large part his time defining online talent pools of active and passive job seekers, developing and managing digital employer brand assets, creating candidate engagement strategies via Search and Social Networks and measuring ROI through multiple channels. He has helped over 30 hospitals improve their online reach and engagement with healthcare professionals.
 
Eric has been with Bayard Advertising for 5 years and has a BS in Marketing from Metro State.
